lately I've added some of my favorite new blogs whose creators instead of dabbling with a needle and thread ... use flour and sugar!! I am inspired by their delicacies in the kitchen .... I called adooooooro cooking :-) and several trays of baked Bocconotti here for the recipe which I have to thank my friend Frank, but I did take a vow of non-disclosure .... sorry! so I decided to give my own variant,-P
Ingredients for the dough:
6 egg yolks 250 gr sugar
1kg of flour 200 g butter softened
a pinch of salt
6 shells milk
a vanilla bean
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients until to obtain a kind of pastry smooth
take the molds (I have many) and lined with dough, fill it and then cover with more dough.
bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
