Former President Francesco Cossiga will vote no to the budget bill. To make it known is the president emeritus of the Republic in a statement. "Disagreeing with the letter sent to be sent to Prodi, Cossiga participate in a vote on final approval of the budget bill and vote against its approval in protest - the statement - against the majority's intention to establish a Commission of Inquiry into the events of the G8 in Genoa, as against the state police and the Carabinieri .
